Christopher Crosby is Executive Vice President of The Nichols Partnership, Inc. Since 1991, Mr. Crosby has directly participated in more than $500 million dollars in private real estate development projects including office, multi-family, hotel, retail and entertainment/sport projects.
Prior to joining The Nichols Partnership in 2001, Mr. Crosby was a Partner and Vice President of Atlanta-based Legacy Property Group. His direct real estate experience is augmented by project management/venue operations experience with the organizing committee of the 1996 summer Olympic Games.
Mr. Crosby holds a Master’s degree from the University of Georgia and a Bachelor’s degree from Ohio University. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute, NAIOP and the Colorado University Real Estate Council. In addition, Mr. Crosby serves as Co-Chair of the Downtown Denver Partnership’s 14th Street Initiative, is Vice-Chair of the Cherry Creek North Business Improvement District and serves on the Cherry Creek North Design Advisory Board and the Cherry Creek North Capital Improvement Committee. Mr. Crosby is a registered LEED® AP.
