DAN SCHUETZ |
Dan Schuetz is Project Manager for The Nichols Partnership. Mr. Schuetz began his real estate career in 1998 as a Project Engineer for M.A. Mortenson on the Hines - Zephyr Mountain Lodge, a $60 million residential and retail development in Winter Park, Colorado. In 2001 and 2002, Mr. Schuetz worked as Project Manager for the University Improvement Corporation in Boulder, Colorado.
Mr. Schuetz holds a Master's degree in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Colorado and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconson. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute, NAIOP and the Colorado University Real Estate Council. Mr. Schuetz is a licensed real estate broker and registered LEED® AP.
