Randy Nichols is President and Founder of The Nichols Partnership.  Mr. Nichols has successfully developed more than 1.5 million square feet of office, multi-family and retail properties in Denver, Boulder and Ft. Collins, Colorado.

Mr. Nichols began his real estate career in 1981 in Denver with LaSalle Partners, moving to New York in 1986 as Vice President to represent the firm’s clients through the country. He left LaSalle in 1988 to co-found a private development company in Chicago, returning to Denver in 1993 to establish The Nichols Partnership.

Mr. Nichols holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Colorado State University. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute, NAIOP and the MIT Center for Real Estate, and serves as Chairman of the Colorado University Real Estate Council.
