SPIRE
SPIRE is a 496 unit, 42-story residential condominium tower located in downtown Denver. Completed in 2009, this LEED® registered project is one of the largest, sustainably designed buildings in the country and a dramatic addition to the skyline. The SPIRE residences set a new standard for value and quality in downtown condominium living.
On April 28, 2010 the Downtown Denver Partnership celebrated achievements in the Denver community with the 49th annual Downtown Denver Awards. SPIRE was selected as one of only six winners for providing both attainable and sustainable housing while introducing a new demographic of residents to downtown. Winners were chosen based on their ability to contribute to the vitality of our urban center.
