DAN SCHUETZ is Project Manager for The Nichols Partnership.
Dan began his real estate career in 1998 as a Project Engineer for M.A. Mortenson on the Hines - Zephyr Mountain Lodge mixed use project in Winter Park, CO. Since then, Dan has directly participated in over $600 million of real estate development projects including such ground up construction and adaptive re-use properties as "Cruise", "Turntable Studios" and "PearlWest".
Dan holds a Master's degree in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Colorado and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute, NAIOP and the Colorado University Real Estate Council.
Dan is a licensed real estate broker, registered LEED® AP, and serves on the board of the Central Platte Valley Metro District and Bike Denver.
